Absolutely amazing food and service!! The cook even came over and recommended stuff to us. Everything was fresh and none of it was pre done and dropped in a frier. They batter everything fresh and it comes out hot! The cashier even came over a couple times to make sure we had everything and got things for us that we may need. Excellent service! One of our new favorite spots, we will be back for sure.

The food was great. I had the catfish and the wings. My son had the chicken tenders. The fries were very good! It's family owned and the owners were so friendly and chatted a bit. I've been recommending them to people

The place is very clean and comfortable. A large selection of items to order. We did the combination chicken strips and shrimp. The chicken was large and juice. The shrimp was fat and tasty. The potato pie was good and so was the cheese cake. I loved the coleslaw and it was just the right amount of sweetness. The onion rings were just ok. The waitress was friendly and helpful. I would go back and try other menu items like the cod sandwich.

We went here on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't super busy and the restaurant was clean. We met the owner who was really nice and personable. I got the snapper and wings meal with fries & a side of the corn nuggets, my sister got the shrimp and wings with fries. I also got a banana pudding. The food was amazing. Whatever the white seasoning is that they sprinkle on it, they need to bottle and sell it. It's THAT good! My only 2 critiques are that the banana pudding wasn't bad but I probably wouldn't order it again. It felt a little gummy to me and the snapper was slightly overcooked for my liking but it was good nonetheless. I'll be back for sure.

Never going to eat at Raising Canes again. Nad's beats them all day everyday and twice on Sundays. Just got takeout. The chicken tenders are notoriously skimpy at RC's, sometimes you get lucky. Not here, the tenders were large enough to be whole chicken breasts themselves. Not dry either, cooked perfectly. The jumbo shrimp were ginormous. The only criticism is that the batter didn't stay on the shrimp and got soggy pretty quick on the way home, about 5m drive, also probably trapped under the tenders, so steamed on the way home. But that is a minor criticism. Happy to call this the best chicken and fish shack in town.

Came in and was greeted instantly and warmly. Since it was my first time they offered to walk me through the menu which I was glad to listen to. I ordered their tilapia and wing platter (2 tilapia filets and 5 wings along with fries), and my gf ordered the catfish (swai). Food came out pretty quick even though there were a few orders in front of ours. The fried tilapia is very good. It is fried very clean (eating it didn't make me feel disgusting, and it had a good color and taste) They put their lemon pepper seasoning on that and the fries as well. Which brings me to their fries. They're more like a thin wedge than a traditional shoe string or steak fry? I enjoyed them, but since they have the same seasoning it's similar to the tilapia batter. However, the wings were phenomenal. When I go to wing stop I always like to get lemon pepper hot. I did the same thing here and got their Buffalo hot, and they seasoned the top with the lemon pepper. The wings are a very good size. Not skimpy, anorexic chicken wings. I got naked but will try breaded next time to see how much better it is with a crispy outside. However, I would highly recommend their Cajun hot over their Buffalo hot. After getting the food, we were checked up on multiple times asking if the food was good (the cashier also turned out to be the owner), and if we needed any more sauces etc.. great service and the food was good. This business is relatively new only being open less than 2 months and local. So love to support the local business and showcase something unique in the area! I will say sitting down another review mentioned it is kind of hot in there, and I'd agree. They have some oscillating fans, but it'd be ideal to have AC (I think they're working on it). Also personally, I'd love some more non fried side options and maybe some more homemade things. Their tartar sauce is from a packet which isn't as good as the real deal. With that being said, great place and I'll be back! Easily 5 stars between the food and service.
